If you would like to delete your Bside account and associated personal data, you can do so in the following ways:
1. In-app deletion:
Open the Bside app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and follow the instructions.
2. Request via email:
Send an email to contact@bside.zone using the email associated with your account.
Please include your user ID or registered email.
Data Deletion Scope:
- Account information
- OAuth login identifiers
- Associated personal data
Data Retention:
All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days after the deletion request is confirmed.
Certain server logs may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and security purposes.
